Faraway Island Giclee, based in Tavistock, Devon produce high quality, short run, limited editions for artists and galleries.  

Faraway island provides a one to one service, from scanning and proofing, to final fine art print in any size up to 44" (112cm) wide.
By using the latest technology backed up by 30 years print and design experience, they are able to offer their customers a dedicated giclee print service. With their specialist knowledge Faraway island have a growing reputation for care and customer service with many galleries.They also represent the work of a number of highly respected painters including Ian Heard, John Raynes, Robert Mountjoy, David Scott, Andrew Ellis and others.

Faraway Island was founded by artist and illustrator, Ian Heard.  His own work appears in many books and magazine and is published in France and the US.

He recently held an exhibition of his work in conjunction with Boteler Contemporary Arts, in Salisbury.  Ian is currently completing the paintings for another of his own books which is due for publication later this year and is preparing for another exhibition of new paintings.  He continues to produce illustration for leading publishers.
